Key Program 1
Renewable energy sources and energy storage are intended to support investments in new capacities for the production of electric energy from renewable sources for self-consumption.
Eligible beneficiaries for Type A projects
For Type A projects: Companies (micro-enterprises, small, medium-sized, and large enterprises, including newly established enterprises)/legally constituted and registered autonomous administrations at the National Trade Register Office (ONRC) in Romania.
Eligible expenses for Type A projects
For Type A projects promoted by Companies/Autonomous Administrations, the following types of expenses are eligible: land improvement, environmental protection and restoration, necessary utilities for the objective, site management, construction and installations, equipment (with or without installation), intangible assets, construction and installation works related to site organization, site organization-related expenses, contingencies, expenses for technological tests and tests, and handover to the beneficiary.
Eligible expenses
- audit acquired by the beneficiary for the project
- information and publicity for the project, resulting from the beneficiary's obligations
- salary expenses for the project management team and project management services = not exceeding 20,000 euros
- for land improvement
- with environmental protection and restoration measures
- for providing utilities necessary for the objective
- design and technical assistance: site surveys, expenses for obtaining permits, agreements, authorizations, design and engineering, procurement procedures organization, consultancy in market studies/evaluation, consultancy in execution management, technical assistance from the designer during the execution period, site management payment
- for the basic investment: construction and installations, including equipment (with and without installation), intangible assets
- for site organization: construction and installation works related to site organization, site organization-related expenses
- contingencies
- expenses for technological tests and tests and handover to the beneficiary: staff training and technological tests and tests
- VAT related to eligible expenses.
